You get what you pay for. Ordered the 10” and it only fluffed up to 8” (had it out for a week before using and followed the sellers recommendations to help it rise more but never reached its full thickness). We kept it since it’s too much of a hassle to return and use it in my daughter’s room. She’s only 4 so is fine with it but I would not recommend for an adult. The sides cave in a lot when you sit on the edges and it’s honestly too soft, would not say “medium plush.” My back always hurts if I sleep on it too long because there’s very little support. I’d shell out for a little more expensive of a mattress if using for yourself or for guests, but it’s alright for a little kid.

It was comfy for the first month or so and then it started sinking in the spots we laid in regularly. By sinking I mean it lost its firmness and got overly soft to the point we had a 2 liter of soda on the bed and it sunk in. Also not as thick as advertised, yes it is 10” but it is too squishy and doesn’t hold the 10”.

Bought 2 of these for the “kids room”. They haven’t been tested yet, except by our cats, who love sleeping on top of them (on a towel). They seem just as described.

I ordered two 10" medium plush Gel memory foam mattresses and I received two 8" gel memory foam mattresses. I don't have the boxes to send them back as i cut them up. I let them rise for 3 days now. I'm so disappointed that this happened to me. How do I return them? I trusted Wayfair to send me exactly what I ordered. I would like the difference refunded to me on my credit card or a wayfair in store credit
