Very comfortable . Just the right amount of firmness.

The mattress is great. Wayfair sucks. Was promised a delivery date on website. Only to find out it would not arrive in 2 days but 2 weeks. Kept receiving emails saying my order is arriving as expected. Customer service was unprofessional and rude. It was going to cost me money to cancel and return. I could have bought it elsewhere and got it on time. Don’t send emails saying the delivery is on time when it’s actually two weeks late. Don’t post 2 day delivery when it’s 2 weeks

Convenient delivery & packaging. Comfortable.

I was nervous, as the box from FedEx was caked in dust and ripped/cut open in multiple spots. However, Serta packaged it well, and nothing was wrong with it! It's very comfortable, and after a few nights of restful sleep, I ordered the exact mattress for my parents. They cannot wait for it to fully expand!

A little softer than I thought but great bed for the price.

This mattress is very nice. I haven’t had any issues with it.

Haven't used it yet (guest room) but laying on it it feels nice! Super huge pain for 1 person to open though, plastic wrap so tight and even being careful i cut the mattress a little trying to get it off!!! Huge pain!

Delivery went well and my daughter loves the comfort of the mattress! Very well wrapped and secure; however, the Instruction sheet and tool were not included in the product box.

This mattress was perfect for my Mom. She really loves it.
