Im really disappointed! I just received these sheets. They are really soft but already a tear in the pillowcase.

I’ve purchased this item before and loved it, so this time around I bought two sets. But the quality is no where near what it used to be. I opened one and there were snags in the fabric, and they were rough and not nearly as soft as they used to be, plus they have a tacky trim now. I went to return it but if I return a damaged item their solution is to send a new one… I already have two I don’t want, why would I want another? Then if I go the route of returning it because I don’t like it, it gives me the option of getting a partial refund or paying shipping.. super disappointing.
