I do not want to leave a negative review, so I am going to put a 4 because typical wayfair sends quality products and always quickly. This pillow arrived in a open and retaped box.. Looked old. It was re shrink wrapped ! I know these pillows do not come shrink wrapped uneven. The pillow doesn't look like what is on the box. My husband has one so I am familiar with them. White on top and blue on the bottom of the pillow. Looks nothing like the photo or my husbands pillow. I used the pillow because I am desperate and have 3 new herniated disc in my neck. I need sleep. Getting one of these pillows from the company - was impossible quickly. With all this being said, The pillow you could tell had been opened and rewrapped with plastic, it was heat sealed and not in the original wrapping. Very disappointing. I am going to find a place to get the real pillow. I do not believe this a the real pillow. Maybe a copy, I could be wrong. So I am in search. But for $225 and $100 to ship quick I am not happy that I have a used pillow. It's just not right. This is not the quality that I am use to with Wayfair. And I would send it back it I wasn't so desperate to have something to hold met poor neck to a position so I could sleep. I hope wayfair takes this seriously. That's a lot of money to spend on a used pillow which looks like a fake.

May be pricey for a pillow but it’s comfortable. You get what you pay for, and with a good night sleep being important to mental and physical health it’s worth every dollar. My old pillow left me with a sore neck. After the first night with this pillow, the pain was gone. Highly recommended.

I have been using this pillow for 2 weeks, long enough to feel the results. Purchased this on recommendation from a friend to alleviate neck pain. It has worked for me, I believe because of the very dense support, yet it molds and conforms to your neck and head. It is quite costly, the only drawback, but I decided to take a chance. Glad I did. It is also quite heavy which might be of concern to some. measure carefully, it is long. It is pictured in a standard size king pillowcase, fits nicely. The pillow had a slight odor, I placed it outside in the sun and odor dissipated in a few hours. Quite happy!

The Tempur-Breeze Prohi Memory Foam Medium Support Pillow arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged. If you like the Tempur material, you’ll love this pillow. Just be sure to select the appropriate pillow profile - I selected the high profile one and find it a big too high. I love that the pillow comes with a machine washable cover.

This is a well made pillow that should hold up well. I prefer the high profile because I'm a side sleeper and I typically like fuller pillows. The cooling gel is nice and I find I don't get as hot while I'm sleeping. I wish it was a little softer, but otherwise it's a great pillow.
