Striped Duvet Cover Set

I like the colour of this sheet, but it's quite thin (good for summer) and a bit silky so the cover slides around. There are ties on the corners in the inside, but my duvet doesn't have eyelet to connect to. Also, I prefer a zipper closer and it is buttons.
