Ultra Luxury 16.2" Plush Hybrid Mattress

Bed came shipped in a box. Once opened snd unwrapped it expanded to a beautiful queen size mattress. Firm but not too hard. Great fit for side sleepers with just the right amount of give. Very comfy for a great night sleep.

I love the mattress but not Wayfiar. The mattress feels very high quality and plush yet still provides support. I am also happy with the price, as I compared with some local stores and this was a better deal. What I don't like is how Wayfair so heavily promotes a "free shipping and 100 night trial" for mattresses because when you read the fine print, you must pay to return it, even if they don't ship it to you by the date they promised/advertised, leaving you stranded and having to make alternative plans for overnight guests!

I love my Mattress it’s very comfortable.

So far so good. I love how plush it is, we've had it for 2 weeks and I think my only complaint would be that the sides are not very firm and if you next to the edge you slide off.

My husband loves it he has been sleeping all Nite through before he was up all the time in the middle of the Nite

The mattress has started to create a dip in the mattress causing pain in my lower back. Not even paid for and haven't had it long to be having this issues with both the king and queen mattress I bought

This mattress type is TOO soft for my preference, I am tossing and turning all night. Last night I slept on the floor. After night #2 I have been desperately trying to connect with Ashley Furniture to exchange. I called last week on Friday, this week on Monday, and email today (Wednesday). I am told Customer Care will call me back. Fingers crossed to exchange this mattress.
