I purchased a 10 inch foam mattress for a platform bed. I am glad I purchased a ten inch and would recommend it to anyone interested in a new mattress. It was well packaged, opened up quickly and expanded to the maximum size. It is firm and perfect for a twin bed. Attached is a photo of the mattress as it came out of the box.
