Just received it yesterday and it’s heavy to carry but so nice once opened up. It took a while to get ot its full potential - such a good sleep I got last night. I am going to order one for my daughter in a smaller size as well. It’s definitely firm side and if you looking for a soft sinking sort , this isn’t for you. I am loving it though.

This bed is firm enough but also very comfortable!

This is very firm….my daughter is fine with it but it’s not great for a side sleeper, I prefer the old school all foam option

This mattress was easy to receive and inflate. A little hard. We added a mattress topper and it is now my favorite bed to sleep on.
