Great mattress! Super comfy! Fluffed right up!

Mattress came with stains on it. terrible customer service..they just say they will reach out from the vendor within two business days. When I heard back from them via email, they said I need to send them pictures. Then I sent them pictures and two days later they email back saying they need a picture of the mattress tag. Why didn’t they tell me that when they asked for picture

Great mattress! We purchased the full size for my teenage daughter. It completely expanded in less than 48 hrs. It is great quality for the price. The cooling gel and memory foam are just right. It’s not firm and not soft. Great mattress!

Disgusting. Arrived with old blood stains vs mold down the center of the mattress. Called Wayfair and originally was told I would have to dispose of it myself (it's a queen mattress) then when I said it won't fit in my car and I shouldn't have to pay to dispose of it the manager incorrectly assigned for it to be taken by Fed Ex who won't accept it as a return since it's out of the box and now too big to fit in a box now that it has expanded. So I called back again and am still waiting for it to be picked up. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Super disappointing.

This mattress is SO comfortable! Not too soft and not too firm, just perfect. As soon as I opened it, it took its form, the corners were a little deflated at first but we punched them and steamed them they look great and full now and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. I took a small nap and would 100 recommend!

Amazing mattress. Open it and it expands to a sturdy and comfortably firm mattress. My guests will be happy with my newly renovated guest room

So I accidentally ordered a king size mattress and whey I came I was happy it was nice, a little hard not as firm as aspected. But I order the queen is what I need I get the queen and the queen was a disappointment because it didn’t open up all the way to the 12 inches in the corners, all of the corners are flat. The bed is really comfortable very soft compare to the king. I just wished the sides fully opened up. I will add pictures of the queen and king so u can see the difference.

I am in love with Wayfair’s 12” Medium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress. I had the best night sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed energized. I have back problems I deal with chronic pain. Totally the opposite feeling I get from the old spring mattress. 10 out of 10 I truly recommend this message. I purchased 2 mattress’s and I intend to buy a third soon.
