The mattress had a great firm feel And Cooling copper feature. It’s delivered quickly and we got it on sale for a great price! 

It is very heavy and comfortable to sleep in. Delivery is not that fast, but you will deserve it to try.

14” mattress is pretty thick. This is very comfortable and firm. Expanded within hours

It’s really much softer than I would have liked however if a plush mattress is what you’re looking for, it’s a wonderful bed. Very well constructed.

Bad experience.. Was never told that it is a mattress in a box till it was delivered. Had a very hard time to return. Saldan failed to explain detrimental he details about the product.

I ordered a 14" Queen, Firm mattress made by White Noise. I received a 13.5" Queen, Firm mattress made by Diamond Mattress Factory! Called Wayfair Customer Service and the lady explained in a circular kind of way that everything is good. My final question was if Diamond Mattress factory makes White Noise mattresses, and was told yes! I got the phone number for Diamond Mattress, called them and asked if they produce any White Noise mattresses. THEY SAID NO!!! I am not done pursuing this, but want to be sure to make people aware of whom you are dealing with! BBB here I come!!
