doesnt do enough to increase circulation in my opinion. have adjusted it in several positions still doesnt relieve sleepy foot restless leg syndrome.

The box was banged up when it arrived but the package was early and the footrest itself was in perfect condition. This is a sturdy footrest with anti-slip texture on the top and rubber feet on the bottom to prevent slippage. It's easily adjustable, stays in position, and is a good height. Good value.
