It is not durable. The metal looking piece that holds the roll and allows it turn is plastic and flimsy. I had to replace after 1 weekend in a busy bar bathroom

Unless you own a commercial building with public restrooms, you probably don't have a need for commercial grade toilet paper holders. But if you do have a need, I highly recommend these toilet paper holders. We purchased six for our restroom stalls and they are very well made and they should give us several years of service.

I really like this motel double roll toilet paper holder. I think it's great quality. It was missing one of the roll holders though, but for 2 dollars at the store this was a hit!

It is better than I expected. We will be using it in restrooms in a private faciltiy and we like that it holds 2 rolls instead of one.
