This upholstered couch and storage foot stool is really comfortable and sturdy. The middle of the back kind of worries me a bit because there is nothing to keep them together in the back, just attached to the bottom. The material is a gray, almost corduroy so soft. This couch and foot stool took me around two hours to put together, The instructions were easy, just a lot of turning the screws. It sure looks great in the basement family room.
