I ordered the mirror in the middle of July, and a month later it still was not delivered. I had to send 3 emails to find out the status of my order. Thankfully the replacement unit was shipped but without an expedited delivery. So finally I received my order 6 weeks after an original order should’ve been delivered. Mirror is great but wooden frame around the mirror is made POORLY. I didn’t send it back as unfortunately I can’t find any acrylic mirror somewhere else. I was expecting better quality and customer service experience
