The canvas came with the image mounted crooked. Additionally, there is a repeat image on the bottom edge of the canvas. Looks terrible and can't be used. To make matters worse, I can't get anyone to authorize a refund. Substandard product and disappointing customer service.

Love the picture. However the corner of the frame was chipped. I kept it cause where it’s hanging you really can’t see it. Otherwise would have given it a 5 star.
