Eddie Bauer Solid Waffle Cotton Reversible Blanket

What a waste. I liked the color and feel of the blanket. One washing/drying according to direction, however, reduced my king size blanket from 90 x 108 to 84 x 86!! Absolutely worthless on a king size bed. The lint in my dryer filter was over an inch thick!

I am reviewing this to bring attention to a concern about the product. I chose to wash this before use. And put it into the dryer to complete the process. When I collected it from the dryer I decided to clean my lint filter. Wow, it's been years since I've seen anything like it. It was unbelievable the amount of orange cotton lint that I recovered from my machine. I could barely remove the filter it was packed. I may be over reacting but I have to keep my car in the garage, because of the high risk of theft of the brand. Maybe I am over reacting about the possibility of fire, but I felt I should share my concern. Haven't used it as yet. Color is little darker than I expected, more a burnt orange. Will wash again frequently to remove more of that lint.

We like this blanket. However, first wash and dry filled the dryer lint screen. Highly recommend it.

Got this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! I think I might get one for myself, it’s a perfect weight and warmth. He uses it under his comforter, great blanket!

They need to STOP making this blanket. It's terrible in every way. It's not very soft and YES all the reviews that talk about the snags are true! It comes with several snags already present right out of the package. Then more seemingly happen for no reason at all. It's terrible. Don't buy it because you're wasting your money.
