My grandma loved it, seemed fairly simple when it came to uploading pictures for her. The only complaint i have is that it had to always be plugged into the wall and the plug is little bulky. Other than that, it was a great gift for her.

I really like the product. Easy to use! But I am still struggling for video player. Images show up but not video!! The size is perfect. The best thing of this product is display time! I set a time and it turns on and off accordingly my time settings.
