I received this box, pictures below, that allegedly contained this item. I immediately sent Wayfair a request to return the box, as I didn't want to waste my time opening the box, discovering that the item was damaged, packing it back up with all the debris associated with the chore. Every time I have received a returned item, and this one clearly was, the process of repacking someone else's reject has been a nightmare. They refused to send a return label, stating that a specialized team would be reviewing my request. To make a very long and frustrating story shorter, after asking me twice if the product was damaged, and me stating numerous times that, since I hadn't opened the box there was no way of knowing, they agreed to accept the return, but I would have to pay for shipping costs. Very disappointed with Wayfair for taking this position. I will think long and hard before I do business with them again...if ever. Caveat emptor!
