Very soft, beautiful pillows. They arrived in flat, vacuum sealed bags and didn’t fluff up very much after airing them out so I removed the covers and threw the pillows into the dryer for about 20 minutes. That did the trick and they look great!

Picture is not representative. The lighter color is more of a beige than white. Pillow is not very fluffy, which isn't suprising considering it was vacuum packed into a box about 1" thick. Not happy with this purchase and do not feel this was worth the price.
