the picture frame came out with the corner cut not mitered well. it looks like a mistake in the cutting. what do i need to do to have this changed

Super nice frame. I can’t wait to print out a piece of artwork and add it here.. or you can also use it as a picture frame. I will be making updates. This size is perfect for me because I have a lot of space for artwork in my house.

I purchased this frame for a new print I bought. I was impressed with the quality for the price. It is better than department store frames. It was packaged very well. I was able to hang it in my office myself.

The print I ordered to go with this frame did not arrive so I don't have a photo of it up yet. Satisfied with its arrival. It was packaged nicely in thick bubble wrap—you can hang your piece vertically or horizontally. I'm excited to have art this large to frame up. Also the gold is matted, not shiny, which I prefer.

This is just an absolutely beautiful frame! It came quickly. The packaging it comes in is nice as well! Not overpacked, easily opens and frame came well secured. The the frame itself is beautiful modern frame, it’s really big and the frame itself is thin and a really pretty finish

I was looking for a frame for my art and was a little worried because at 16 X25 in size , they can get a bit pricy. This frame was a good price and made very well. The corners match up perfectly and because it is plexiglass and not actual glass, it is a lot lighter. You can't even tell that it is not glass. The gold color is PERFECT. It is not too brassy or shiny. The frame came quickly and was packaged very well. I would definitely buy again or recommend it to a frame. Thank you again Wayfair.

Nice frame. Despite good packaging and corner protectors, one corner was slightly damaged on the plexiglass. It doesn’t detract from the frame or the picture. Lightweight and seems sturdy otherwise. Used it to frame a diamond painting for some Christmas decor.

This frame isn’t glamorous but it gets the job done. It was a bit hard to get the backing off, and there were a few smudges on the glass, but otherwise this is a decent frame. I would buy this again.

Looks just like the photo and the dimensions were correct. I got this frame in white. It was packaged really well too. It was a little bit hard to open one of the sides but other wise it’s a great frame.
