My five stars are not only for the clock itself, which is beautiful and exactly the look and size I wanted, but also for the amazing customer service experience I had when the first clock we got (same one) didn’t work correctly. Between the Howard Miller Rep and the Wayfair rep, we were well covered! We were immediately sent a new clock that works perfectly and we are happy all the way around, every hour of the day! Thank you so much. Every time now when I look at this clock, I feel a bit of gratitude, which is an extra nice bonus!

Clock looks great but wouldn't work until I disassembled it and bent the hands so they wouldn't get stuck.

I'll be returning this clock. I put a brand new battery in and it didn't last even a whole day before it stopped. It's a heavy clock with large hands. I don't think a little AA battery is sufficient.

Have had this clock for a few months now and I can now say that we are thrilled with it. It is large enough to help balance a long wall it is on and keeps excellent time.

Stately clock. Love the metal frame and the detail on the rivets. Quite a large piece, (20.5 inch diameter) more substantial the photo lends itself due to the large space.
