Abstract Botanical Vintage Floral Pattern in Landscape Retro Decor Extra Large Artwork Wall Art

The artwork itself is beautiful however the frame is cheap particle board. The first one I ordered came with one of the corners damaged, even though there were plastic protectors on them. I contacted customer service and they only offered a 20 refund to “take to some place to have it reframed.” After arguing with the rep, I was finally given the option of a replacement if I sent the one I ordered back, which I agreed to do. Well, the replacement just arrived and one of the corners is damaged AGAIN. I am not going to contact customer service again because this is ridiculous, but I had to glue the piece of the frame back on. This isn’t an inexpensive item and two separate ones having the same issue means the way it is packaged and shipped is the issue. Beware if you buy this item it will more than likely be damaged.
