This frame is beautiful! The customer service was also amazing, as the original delivered frame arrived damaged. We were very upset as this is to replace our honeymoon picture frame which just broke and wanted to receive a new frame before our 25th anniversary (a week later) … BUT the replacement came just a couple days later!

This Lennox silver peony frame is breathtakingly beautiful. Out of the box it was wrapped very nicely so not to damage it. The details on the glass with the sliver is simply amazing. The frame itself is somewhat heavy, not bulky just heavy. The only downsize not sure if it was with the frame or my picture, but I went to put an 8x10 picture in the frame and it didn't fit, I had to cut the picture a few times to get it just right. Over all I'm very happy with the frame and it's so beautiful.
