    I love these valances! They came in neatly packaged, not too wrinkled. Material is a washable polyester so I’ll be able to throw in the washer when they get dirty. We have already hung them in the family room and they look terrific! I will be looking at more products from this company now.

    The fabric had no structure. What is troubling is the return process. I called to arrange my return of 8 items on 21425. I returned them on 21825. I responded to “resolution management” with tracking number and expected return date. I received and shared confirmation of return (which occurred on 22125) and have called Wayfair over 5 times, yet I continue to receive emails from resolution management that my refund of 170.62 is denied. Every rep I speak with says it will be corrected. It’s not been corrected. I want my refund. With such advanced technology, I expected more from Wayfair.
