Dawnview Exclusive Home Tension Rod, Adjustable

I ordered two of these, and one was damaged. One of the rods is dented and the end piece was broken, making it impossible to use. (That’s why I’m only giving 2 stars.) I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it, so my handy husband spent an hour repairing it, and the dent is covered by the valance. Fortunately, he’s good with tools, or it would’ve been trash. The other rod arrived in good working condition. I have oversized window casings, and the tension rods are nice because you don’t have to drill into things.

A little cheaply made so doesn’t look great with curtains. I ended up using one as a shower rod, and it looks more like that grade of material. Hard to find a champagne brass shower rod, so I kept the 2nd one in case I need one in the future.

These are great to have, no need to drill holes in the woodwork and they fit most everywhere we move.

This tension rod was long enough for my needs! It is well made and easy to install.

These go very well in my guest room and for a spring rod the quality is very good.

Very well built and beautiful brushed nickel. I used to think I preferred the true "spring" tension rod, where you compress it and then expand it in the space where you want to hang something, but I'm definitely sold on the twist style because it's much sturdier. I also like that there are protectors on the ends to help protect the wall.
