the canvas which came out from the print was of very poor quality. The canvas is simply not usable at all.

The packaging of the art piece we bought was excellent. However the art piece was not properly placed/secured in the frame. There's a buldge in the art and it doesn't adhere to the frame. We pulled the back cover to see if we could insert something to force the art to lay flat. Nothing worked. Now we have to take the piece to a framing shop so they can figure out a way to secure it within the frame. The tiny little silver clips holding the art inside the frame are very cheap and fall out easily. Not happy with this purchase.
