I ordered the first statue, it arrived broken. I returned it for a refund and bought a second one the same day - so I would not have to wait for the refund to hit my checking account. Well, the second one arrived in horrible condition. It was covered in some kind of 'glue' or other sticky substance that looks like it was spilled over half the statue. I spent 20 minutes cleaning it up. But then I found that, in addition to this mess, the paint had been scraped off part of the statue. I obviously can't fix that of course so I contacted customer service to get another refund/replacement. What is wrong with your system?? Who is running this? You have good products but you send them out in damaged condition. Is that purposeful?
