Aekjot Solid Wood Wall Clock

Received this clock, but was another brand and had different hands. Order from another company. Wayfair will charge you to return even though it was their error. Very annoying to order from a company who has a specific clock, to only get something that is advertised elsewhere for cheaper, then you have to pay to return it when it was the companies error - not yours. They offered to send me new hands, but I don’t feel like replacing them myself. Would rather return and buy elsewhere.

Looks nice but delivered broken. Took it part way out of wrap when I noticed it was cracked. Call and received a discount. Figured I could glue it. Took the wrap completely off and it fell apart. Not worth the money I paid even with the discount.

Exactly as described. Quite, no ticking can be heard.

The clock was lovely but it was broken. Second clock I have bought from you and they both were broken. It will be returned and I will go elsewhere.

Order came in a mangled box with broken clock inside twice. The second clock I was told to ship back & I would get a small portion of my money back?! Why wouldn’t I get the full amount back? This prompted a long conversation with a Wayfair representative on the phone for a good amount of time. I was finally given back my full amount (so I thought). I ended up having to pay for a new box to ship it back in. It cost me $27.00 for no clock & box that was destroyed before even getting to me. Never have I experienced such a run around & disrespect while shopping online. Disappointed in Wayfair.

Love the clock but the packaging is terrible. The first clock arrived broken and I had to order a replacement.

Loved the look and design but it is not totally silent which I needed for the bedroom. Many comments said it was very quiet so I took a chance but had to return it as I could hear a constant ticking. Pretty clock and I wanted it but not if it was noisy for me. By the way , I do have really good hearing so for some it might have worked out but not for me, unfortunately.

Love the clock but the packaging does not provide for an in tact delivery. Second broken clock received. I believe it is sent from a third party. I will not order a third one.

The hands on this clock were very cheaply made. Could not keep time because the hands kept getting stuck together. The rest of the clock was made very well, but what good is that if it doesn't keep time!

Simple and functional! Decorative and useful!
