Buyer beware - this item cannot be returned. That information is buried in the “features” tab on the product page. Be sure you want this and that it will fit in your space. Otherwise you will be out money like I am.

One of the finials was damaged. The cap on the end had fallen off and there was a small ding on it also. At least the cap was in the package, so I’ll glue it on, and the ding can be hidden. I’m not happy, but it’s not worth the hassle of returning it. It’s a quality control issue that unfortunately seems to happen with online purchases.

This curtain rod adds a nice touch in my living room. I had ordered 3 this past fall and liked them so much I knew I needed one for my front door. Classic, stylish and just so attractive. Thank you Wayfair.

This color is not what I expected . How can I return this and pick a different one?
