I received this beautiful picture 12/29/23 Very happy until last week 5/24… the frame broke while hanging on the wall and it and the picture fell to the ground. I have e-mailed & called Wayfair- last week I was told that theres nothing they will do for me & that a supervisor would contact me within 2 days… well noone has contacted me( no surprise!) I am a long-time repeat customer & this really disheartens me, as I love that picture & believe they should be tjis customer’s advocate 9/3/24- Update: NO ONE from Wayfair has ever contacted me regarding this matter. I would think in this day of on/line shopping, & so many companies closing, customer service would be a major priority. As a part/time retail manager myself, I do whatever I can possibly do for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Wayfair has failed on customer service here by not even contacting me via phone, e-mail, etc The thousands of dollars that I have spent in the past & possibly the future, well, that doesn't seem to matter to this company.
