Dokes Frameless LED Vanity Wall Mirror Passed ETL

My husband just installed this and I am very pleased with it. It elevates the look of the bathroom and the lighting is sufficient, though my husband disagrees. This product was delivered quickly and described accurately. I have yet to use the de-fogging feature but the light options (dimmer and color) work fine.

The mirror is nice, but it has a manufacturer’s defect that was only apparent after installation. The mercury or etching agent leaked all around the light and you can only see it when it’s installed and the light is turned on. Because it was installed more than 30 days after delivery, Wayfair refuses to do anything about it. I wasted a lot of money on this mirror. Beware of ordering it, or anything on Wayfair.

I realllly love this mirror. We just had our bath revamped so they were able to put a plug in the wall behind the mirror (yes, it’s deep enough). My only complaint is that the controls are very visable on the front of the actual mirror, not off to the side so they kind of stand out.

I liked this mirror, until about 2 months after the 1-year warranty expired. It had less than 2,000 hours of use, with a documented expected LED lighting lifespan of 30,000-50,000 hours, when the mirror began randomly and sporadically flashing. There was no damage to the power cord, no electrical event, and only light usage. The only way to make the flashing stop is to unplug it. When plugged back in, the flashing starts again. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, but when I chatted with Wayfair the rep told me they could do nothing for me as it was delivered outside of the window. I understand when it was delivered however, with light usage if less than 10 of reported product life, this is clearly a defective product that Wayfair is choosing to not stand behind. I’m extremely disappointed because this product was expensive for only one year of light use. I won’t be purchasing from Wayfair again due to the lack of reasonable response, which saddens me.
