Solid Wood Coat Rack Tree-Freestanding With 8-Hook Coat Rack

My home vibe is earth tones of the PNW meets the SW. And the decor is eclectic with a consistent theme of nature. This coat rack immediately spoke “tree” to me. I love it! It is what I expected. It’s sturdy and spacious. And a pretty and functional piece of art. The original package had a broken arm. Wayfair replaced it quickly. I ended up with a whole new tree that had the piece I needed. Ironically the remaining pieces didn’t fit right to build a second tree. Does Wayfair turn us into their disposal partner Besides that, I have been very happy with Wayfair customer service.

The jury is still out on the purchase as we are awaiting replacement parts. All was good until one of the hooks presented a problem. We were unable to secure the hook to post — misaligned maybe. The other hook was secured easily. We requested a replacement post and 1 hook.

I like the style but the manufacturing is poor. I ordered one and the main arm was missing. I ordered a replacement part and they sent me a whole second set, which did not fit together properly. I sent it all back (which is a waste) and got a refund.

I love this tree, particularly when I have guests. It makes it so much nicer to have everyone’s coats and purses in one spot. It’s quite tall so be sure to measure accordingly.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Nice and heavy. The specifications on the website say it is appropriate for outdoor use…. It doesn’t look like it would be, but we are going to find out!
