It’s not stained so it has a flat appearance. Misleading from the photo and color is also off from the photo. I’m going to have to stain it to avoid sending back for a restock fee.

Looks great but as others have said it pulls off the wall when you take your jacket off. Needs to secure beyond the instructions so it stays on the wall

This is a handsome wooden rack but the hanging hardware is worthless. You will have to look for the proper screws that will hold it in place or better yet rework the entire way it hangs. I tried 3 other sets of screws but I just couldn't get it to stick tightly to the wall so the second you lift something off the rack the entire thing comes crashing down. I'm not new to diy and consider myself very competent. I ended up putting in 2 more screw on the outside to hold it down tight, so the screws show, defeating the 'handsome' look. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Wayfair merchandise. It can be really good looking but beware the quality.

These are unstained wood and roughly sanded. Not good quality and photos are misleading - Very expensive for what was received. Design is nice, but I would not recommend.

Love this! Good quality.

The quality is horrible. It looks like it was made by a middle schooler in shop class. It is not sanded evenly or thoroughly and needs to be stained at least one more time to come anywhere close to looking like the pictures or justifying the price.

Nice looking but seems very overpriced and a little undersized.

Very attractive. Installed low in kid guest room. Keeps them organized and neat.
