Love the look of these counter stools. Packaged nicely and were easy to put together. Agree with the other reviews that they’re more of an off-white. The description says white, but they are definitely not a true white (I added a photo of one of the chairs next to our white shiplap to show the difference). My kids think they feel hard when sitting on them because they are firm, but we’re hoping they’ll relax more as we use them.

I have ordered a number of items from Wayfair and never had any issues. This purchase has been a nightmare. As you can see, the back of the chair where it screws into the bar is either missing a pice or is stripped out. This came as a set and same issue on both chairs. When I attempted to create a return it does not give you the option to create it. It sends you to a chat bit once all the info is entered. I ate emotes on several occasions to get this processed via the chat bit and the time it took I would always get cut off and have to start over. I completed again yesterday only to receive a message they were closed. In working with them today via a return text I am now being told to disassemble to ship back. These are poor quality chairs and the process is the worst ever! experienced

Very nice looking and seem to be decent quality, especially for the price. The faux leather is soft and they are comfortable to sit it. Also very simple to put together. I do wish the legs were a little sturdier but again, for the money, these are absolutely worth it. High dollar look for a fraction of the cost.

We ordered these as a statement bar stool for our kitchen. Overall, we are pleased. For the price, the quality is what I would expect - not highest quality but with a family of 7 they will take some wear and tear!

I absolutely love the design and aesthetic of the chairs— they look beautiful and add a great touch to the space. However, while assembling the second stool, I discovered that two pieces were missing, which unfortunately prevented me from completing the setup. I hope to resolve this soon, as I’m eager to see the full set put together.
