This is the second set of these shelves that I bought, which proves that I think they are great. There is a lot of storage, but the open design makes these shelves more airy and less bulky than solid shelves. The design works very well with modern furnishings. This item is two units side by side.

I love this shelf in our loft! It’s a perfect blend of style and functionality. I use it to display my Lego pieces, books, Funko Pops, and various artifacts. The industrial design and sturdy iron frame add a modern touch to the space while providing plenty of storage and display options. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to showcase their collection in style!

Solid piece, instructions were not hard to figure out.

A very handsome mid century design that is hard to distinguish from a vintage piece until you get up close. The manufactured wood is solid and reinforced with the metal columns in a way that the design serves the structure beautifully. For the price, this is a great buy - the fact that it can be shipped in several reasonably sized boxes and assembled with a single hex key in a variety of subtly different configurations to to create different “frames” for your books and decorations is impressive. You may want to invest in your own wall anchors, I didn’t love the ones that were included and they are absolutely necessary given the light weight of the piece and height

As many have already said -- this product will take some time to put together so patience is a must. It will almost certainly require a ladder to be assembled correctly so keep that in mind as well. These bookshelves are modular and come in many packages -- for me, it was four of one section and two of another. I would advise you to open every box and look for the one with instructions showing you how everything will go together before you assemble anything. For the larger shelves that join together to create an even larger piece, there is a piece that goes beneath the screws to lock them together. For me, it was 100% impossible for this piece to fit as the holes did not line up at all. I even tried rotating the entire bookshelf to see if the holes on the other side would work, but no dice. That is not to say that will be the case for you, as it seems other people who have built this had better luck. I am not so concerned about it and will McGyver my own solution. All-in-all I think it's a lovely piece of furniture and it will divide my living space well. It will take you most of the morning to put together.

Easy to put together, looks great, no problems at all. We added some lights and figured out how to fasten our tv to it.
