Alexandia Wicker / Rattan Platform Bed

I wanted to like this bed so bad - I love the way it looks. When it came, the instructions inside were for a separate different piece of furniture which was frustrating. There was also a small chip in the headboard but I ignored it because it wasnt really noticeable from far away. My biggest issue by far is the SQUEAKING. I tightened the screws and was thankful the noise went away... until it came back maybe 2 nights later. Ive now gone through and tightened all the screws 4 times just for there to be minimal difference. The slats that support the mattress are also loose and the rubber stoppers meant to hold them in place dont stay in place. There is a thin layer of foam on the support bar that lays perpendicular below the slats for support, but because the slats dont touch them unless someone is in the bed, the foam has torn leaving the metal bare from chafing. After I felt I exhausted all my options, I went to Wayfair support in hopes of getting my money back because this item is defective. To my frustration, I could only get a refund if I disassembled, repackaged the bed, and took it to the carrier (or had it picked up). I had enough faith in my purchase to get rid of the original packaging, so boxing it back up seemed unrealistic and like it was more work than it was worth. Overall a very frustrating experience, especially because I loved the look of it so much!

Very disappointed damage everywhere only gave me 20 discount. I just came out of the hospital for bypass surgery Im in recovery and I cant be bothered with sending or replacing parts I am single and by myself hard to get anyone to try to assemble or disassemble I cant even try to send it back or receive another one .

Slats keep on falling out. It was easy to assemble, but it is really not great quality. It also came with a big scuff on the one black post

This bed is very pretty and exactly what I was looking for! Perfect change for my bedroom.

Although beautiful, we’ve had so many issues with this bed frame. The first headboard that was shipped to us was completely cracked down the middle and on the corners. We then ask for a replacement headboard which also came damaged, just not as bad as the first time. Because the damage the second time was strictly cosmetic, we decided to just go ahead and keep it. We are now just shy of one month of using this product and I noticed a huge dip under where I lay to sleep. I figured one of the slats somehow came loose under the mattress. Upon further inspection, the U shape connector that is welded onto the frame to hold the slats in place has completely broken off. It’s an unfixable issue and we will need to purchase a whole new bed frame. This product is not worth how many issues we have had with it.

Great little bed. Sturdy and easy to put together

If I could give this store zero stars, I absolutely would. The replacement part I received was in terrible condition—the frame was badly chipped, and other parts were damaged as well. This was supposed to be a replacement for the original, so think how bad the original must have been. To make matters worse, after waiting an unreasonably long time for the replacement, customer service only offered me a measly 25% refund. Meanwhile, my room was a complete mess for weeks, with parts and boxes everywhere, all because of this ordeal. The wait was not worth it, and to receive a replacement in worse condition than the first part is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this store again, and I highly advise others to get avoid it as well. Spare yourself the frustration.

I ordered twice, first with scratches and bad painting, but second in perfect condition, beautiful.. so I think that is luck what do they send to you.
