My ottoman was not delivered. A week later when I checked on the status it said that it was returned to Wayfair by FedEx because the box was damaged. I called Wayfair and they agreed to ship a replacement. It was supposed to arrive next week but it showed up today. I think it is the original one because the box was totally destroyed. I do not think FedEx is very reliable or honest. The entire experience has soured me on Wayfair
