We ordered these through an open box we’re SO shocked with the quality! I mean they were brand new. They are super sturdy, comfy, and I love the metal foot plate at the bottom to help avoid wear and tear. I thought they would be a smidge darker, but they grew on me. 1010!

I love my new stools. They seem very high quality and cute. Even though they are white, super easy to clean. Also very sturdy and strong…my hubby likes it when I present to him on these stools

This purchase has been disastrous. Do not buy these chairs if you need more than 2. Ordered 2 sets (4 chairs total), after putting the first 2 together, I opened the second box and realized that they do not match. After multiple frustrating interactions with Wayfair customer service, I was told that this was basically my problem and that "natural variations" are to be expected and then a previous offer to replace the mismatched chairs was rescinded after I had already sent the defective set back. The items I received are not natural variations, they are very different with one set looking unfinished. Who wants mismatched chairs?! It's odd that Wayfair would expect this of their customers, yet likely would not want these mismatched items in their own home.... I am done with Wayfair thanks to this experience.
