Beautiful Design, but Disappointed by Damage This ottoman is even more stunning in person—the woven rattan material has a lovely, natural texture and adds an effortless charm to my space. It’s larger than I expected, which actually works perfectly as a bold accent piece in the room. However, I was disappointed to find two support pieces damaged upon arrival. One was completely detached , and the other was pulled away from the frame, compromising the structure . While it still looks great visually, I wouldn’t trust it for sitting or anything beyond light decorative use. It’s a beautiful piece for styling, but the build quality left something to be desired in my case.
