Came fully assembled. Nice and long with storage for a few pairs of shoes. I need to go ahead and order a customized cushion that can be found on Wayfair and elsewhere. Im realizing how much this adds up along with the cost of the bench and probably should have put my shoes in a basket and used a bench I have already. Its nice for what it is.
