The chairs that we received all had minor defects. Missing screws, dirt and debris on the seats, black machine oil/grease all over the wood, chipped wood, and poor packaging. One of the shipments was damaged and it looked like the chair was stored outside for an extended period of time. Given the price of these chairs, I expected a lot more, especially a higher quality finish.

These stools are better in persons! The wood is lighter and the seat is an ivory and tan really nice woven material. Very sturdy but not super heavy. Worth every penny.
