Bixler 57'' Upholstered Loveseat

Drivers had two orders for us, one went inside, one on the deck. They assembled and placed everything very efficiently. It was pouring rain, so assembly took place in the garage. Small issue with one of the cushion buttons popping off, but they called customer service and we have someone coming out to repair. Stellar delivery

The cushion fabric is NOT washable, even on the GENTLEST cycle. The seams on either end of the cushion fabric completely came apart. I tried to file a claim and they denied me saying it wasn’t a manufacturing issue. How is the seams completely coming apart NOT a manufacturing issue?

Love the couch. I use it in my therapy space and all of my clients love it. It’s firm and comfy to sit on and the material is good quality.

The 2 loveseats look great, are comfortable and fit great in a smaller space without diminishing the overall look!
