If FedEx is delivering your product just forget it. One shipment looked like it had been through World War 3. Customer service wanted me to dissect every piece in the broken box to determine what was damaged or to haul them back to FedEx. I explained I was unable to pick up the boxes to return and to unpack each damaged item was difficult due to the fact that I had Covid. No alternative was offered. If this is the new Wayfair customer service model then I will be finding a new place to purchase items from
