Beautiful little table! The top is burled veneer and was a pleasant surprise - I don't see that in the pictures online. I would give it 5 stars but I find it is a few inches higher than most T.V. tray tables, which makes it a bit awkward to use. I might have to take the casters off and just put glides on to make it lower. Alternatively I might take a section out of the centre of the pedestal to shorten it. It's too nice to return!

Wheels don't glide on carpet easily. But serves its purpose.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It is exactly like the one I paid $400. for; I love it and easy to assemble. I use it in the guest room for a bedside or chair table.

I have mixed feelings about the two trays I bought. The reason I bought the tables were to make it easier for my elderly mother to move the tray - and the wheels have assisted in that. After I assembled them (very easy to do) - I really liked the way they "looked" - the thing I did not like is that you can not put very much on the tray unless it sit over the area where the leg - the further you get away from the leg - the tray starts to bend downwards - I am not talking anything heavy (just resting your arm on that area causes the tray to move downwards) over a short period of time - this will cause the tray to become lose and or snap free. I fixed this by adding another table leg. I bought a leg flange, table leg, and wood stain. It turned out very nice - but for what I paid for these trays - I should not have had to make any corrections.
