Nice, but the assembly was a pain

Don't buy this bench! This is a very poorly designed product with assembly instructions that simply don't work. The allen wrench provided cannot secure 3 inch screws into a solid wood panel. The pilot holes are insufficiently deep to allow the screws good purchase on the wood. As well, the flimsy divider panels fall over when one is attempting to follow the instructions and attach the bottom section to the side panel. I am sorry I wasted my money on this product. If the manufacturer had spent a little more effort and money on better hardware, instructions and design of the predrilled panels, this product would be great. As it is, it is only good for the bin.

The screws are unable to be screwed into the holes, it’s wobbly and poorly made. I highly do not recommend.

Very difficult to install, in addition with wrong components. Being pushed out between Wayfair and manufacturer multiple times. Another design fault is each cabin is too small for a pair of shoes, makes it not good for frquent use.

Good bench even though some pieces of screw hole cover felt off, but it's still looking good with this price.

Horrible shopping experience in Wayfair. First received the broken package. The parts is broken. After the replacement part came, it didn't fit with other parts at all. Eventually it was broken again. Don't want to waste time on this junk. Ask for refund only get $43.10. Original bought 3 items hook to match the color together. Since the bench didn't work, I ask to exchange the color to white. There is no respond. Then ask for return 3 items but so far only received 1 item refund. Sent email no respond. This is the first time shopping on Wayfair, also is the last time to shop here. What a joke!
