Do not like at all. Not only does it feel like you are sitting on bricks, the material is terrible. Returning.

I really love this Ottoman. It looks great, and seems to be very well constructed, and there is much more space for storage inside it than I had expected. I do recommend that before you store anything in it, you leave it sitting with the lid open for quite some time. the storage compartment smells very bad and anything you put in it is going to smell like that. my favorite blanket in it and when I took it out, it smelled really bad and even 24 hours later it still smelled like that. My only complaint is that it has studs around the bottom but whoever put them on could’ve done a better job. Some of them are either not in line with the others or not spaced out evenly in comparison with the others, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.

I love it! Feels nice like a brushed leather! Came packaged very well for protection and love that it opens up to put extra things for storage! Matches very well in my living room! Very nice and highly recommend this product!

Besides being completely too dark a shade of gray compared to the photo, the item was clearly not cared for in transit. The whole item smelled of mildew. It probably got wet weeks or months ago, because beyond the smell, the chrome brads along the bottom were almost all rusted. One imagines if the color were accurate and it wasn't neglected in shipping and transit, it could be a 4 star product . . . But this one was a zero from Wayfair

Just got this today in the Milana Coffee Faux Leather. The box was delivered intact to my front door. Since it weighs only 24 pounds, I was able to bring it in, open it, and dump it out without difficulty. The stubby legs were simple to screw into the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the ottoman, one at each corner, no tools needed. Though they have little plastic protectors on the bottom of the feet, I added my own felt pads to decrease risk of scratching my flooring. The ottoman was in excellent condition, no scratches, dents, holes. The color and texture go well with the rest of the room decor. The hinged lid is perfect; it stays open until it's manually closed. Interior dimensions are 10.25"Hx22"Lx16"W. I was able to place my foot massage machine (pretty big!), reading pillow, and another small items inside without squishing anything. The height is just right for the side chair with which I will use it. For the price, this is a good buy for a lovely ottoman. I expect to use it for a long time.

At first was happy but the thing that holds the top up broke after six months hope the one I got this time last longer. I had this only six months doesn't the warranty last at least a year do I get a refund? the handle that hold the top up broke as you can see. It will not close.

Beautiful piece of furniture and storage piece..I love the feel of the material..I got it for me but my little dog loves to sleep on it!
