Exactly what I expected. It is a little rough on your heels of you don't have socks on.

Rough on your heels and the first week my granddaughter spilled chocolate Ensure on one, not easy to clean up, still stained but still working on it.

Returned the pouf only because of color. Ordered light gray, but the item received looked beige/tan. Pouf would have been a nice addition to the den if color had work. Return process was fast and easy.
