Was super excited but product takes approximately 2 months to arrive, came broken, replacement order came another 2 months, broken. Wayfair at least made it easy to address and resolve both issues.

Came damaged after waiting months for it to arrive. Color was and is still completely incorrect and does not match the photos at all.

Product is broken. Found out while unboxing. What do I do now. The top shelf the TV sits on is in 2 pieces, out of the box.

I wasnt expecting the best quality, but this was not it. Im not upset wth the plastic legs but with their condition. On top of that, the delivery date kept getting changed. And when I say changed, the app said this would be delivered on January 30th... this was on February 2nd. I highly doubt Wayfair found a way to bend space and time. Even then, I had to follow up with them. I understand this is my purchase and the responsibility of this is mine. However, with their ability to bend space and time, an email to give me an update (or put accurate info on their app) shouldnt be a problem. I put together the smaller pieces, and that was pretty easy. Then I opened the large package. I pulled everything out. No hardware or assembly guide. I contact customer service. Im offered a 25 discount and no hardware (that would include no leg replacement) if I want to get my own hardware, or they can send the hardware to me. The rep was nice enough to email me the assembly guide. When I looked at what was needed, no sizes for the hardware were given. So now, even the 25 discount isnt even an option. So here I am, staring at slabs of MDF, waiting now for the rest of the pieces for a product I ordered on New Years.

It is a beautiful piece of furniture, we wish that the bottom was longer.

Came in 4 boxes, 1 box was damaged and resulted in some pieces being damaged. Corners of boards are chipped from poor packaging. Legs are just made of plastic.

Junk, I bought the more expensive one but think we got shipped the cheaper one. They unit was all scratched up, dented, chipped and just very cheap

This looks MUCH nicer in the pictures than the actual quality of the product. This is all fake wood. The feet are plastic with wood-looking plastic sleeves. Several of the pieces arrived damaged.

Looks great! I should have added assembly for conscience purposes, but it was easy to put together. Find sturdy wall space as the shelving is heavy but I’m glad it is! Would recommend to friends and family.

Extremely disappointed with the purchase that, we had to return the item. Here are the following events since the time of purchase of this product. * We placed an order on Oct 13th for this entertainment unit supplied by East Urban Home. The estimated delivery was between Nov 10-14. We have also ordered assembly service along with the purchase. * Around November 5th, the estimated delivery was getting delayed to Dec 2nd. We called Wayfair support and their response wasn't convincing. So we canceled the order. * We found the same product supplied by Millwood Pines and placed the order on Nov 15th while on call with Wayfair support. The assistant ensured that the product would arrive on the estimated delivery date. We also purchased assembly service on the same day as the unit needed mounting. * Again, the estimated delivery got delayed a week before it has to arrive. So we had to call the support and they asked us to contact the supplier directly. The supplier said he would ship only in January. We didn't have an option so we're ok to have it delivered in January. Also, we had to reschedule our assembly service. * Finally, the product arrived on Jan 5th. The assembly service guy messaged and asked if it needed mounting on the wall a day before the assembly. As you see, it needs mounting and he refused to mount. * Again we had to contact Wayfair support and as usual they weren't helpful and we had to cancel the assembly service. * We managed to find a service through Task Rabbit to assemble the product and when we opened the product, the main plank holding the table had a huge crack on the top. Even if we ignore the crack and start assembling, it would break eventually. The quality of the product is very poor. Not worth the money. * We Contacted the customer support again. At that point, we were extremely frustrated with the service and the product. *For every call, Wayfair support's only solution is either cancel or return. No compensation for mental frustration. No discount for the hassle we have been through. It's been 4 months of struggle with this purchase. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from Wayfair ever. Their customer support is awful and they do not know how to deal with a dissatisfied customer. Unfortunately, we're stuck with 220$ gift card with Wayfair. I'm ok to waste this gift card but not go through the hassle again.
