Wayfair gave frequent updates when to expect delivery. The delivery drivers did a great job of trying to fit the sofa sleeper through our small doors. Our house was built in 1950 and the door width is smaller than the doors of today. I would suggest adding a message to customers to measure the length and width of doors and be prepared to have doors removed before delivery!

It’s a great sofa/flexible sleeping space for small spaces, but it is not super comfortable to sit on. I’m hoping it’ll break in a bit better over time. The bottom I was able to easily spot clean salsa off the cushions right away with no mark. The covers zip off the pillows and the bottom seats — the back ones are sewn on. There is a zipper on the bottom of the back cushions though to stuff additional fill if needed in the future. The bed is comfortable, for a convertible sofa. It arrives zip-tied closed so don’t hurt yourself trying to open it before realizing like I did! It has a 6” mattress and I personally can’t feel the bars through it — I still purchased a mattress topper for more comfort though. Mine had a spring loose upon delivery and you could feel the sagging, so definitely check that all springs are connected. It’s EXTREMELY heavy. If possible, I would recommend doing the interior delivery because it was SO hard to get into our cabin without a dolly. Legs arrive disconnected, and no pilot holes are drilled in the frame so recommend a drill with long bit to install them.

The delivery and installation was top notch! The guys worked so hard getting it up 3 flights of stairs (apartment, ugh!) Couch is comfortable - have not used the bed yet!

This sofa looks beautiful and if quite comfortable. I think it will soften with more use. The mattress has a little smell. Overall I am really liking this sofa. Good purchase!

Nice sofa, very comfortable. Mattress from the sleeper is thin and I recommend using an external one when using the bed for long periods of time.

Love the sofa for sitting and the stunning throw pillows . BUT… Pull out bed has a disappointingly thin mattress. Fine for occasional sleepovers but not for regular use. Also disappointed that the “fully assembleddoes not require assembly” promise was broken the sofa feet were not attached and the pull out bed won’t function without them (bed needs the extra height for clearance when it unfolds). We’ve rigged a temporary solution while pursuing Wayfair for problem resolution. (First contact with a customer service representative via chat in the app was time consuming and utterly useless - we were merely given phone numbers and told to make further calls to customer services… what a bother!!)

Matches the photos perfectly! Very comfortable and affordable pullout couch! Would highly recommend!

This sofa is for husbands office and also will serve as an additional space when our family decides to sleep over. I was very happy with this purchase so is my husband.

I always want to sit on a couch before I buy. I took a chance and was blown away by the comfort of this couch. Absolutely love it!
