This file cabinet is chic, easy to use. Took some time to put together; but not hard.

My husband put this together before I got home so I guess it wasn’t too hard! I agree about tipping, I saw the reviews before buying so I was careful when filling it. Once I’ve confirmed this is where I want it to be I might strap to the wall. Otherwise this looks lovely and is just what we needed.

As a thirty year veteran of put-together at home furniture, I can safely say that this is the most poorly made and constructed piece of assemble at home furniture I have ever encountered. All four legs snapped off when putting the piece upright, without drawers installed yet. The rails for the drawers spilled out ball bearings when trying to install the drawers for the first time and the first openclose of each drawer resulted in pieces falling out from previous steps into the drawers. The piece looks fine enough and will suffice for storage in the meantime, but I do worry any regular usage or wear will result in it falling apart at the seams.

Legs were broken off and not built well

Looks great!! Assembly was easy. Very sturdy. Be sure to use the wall attachments that are included because it gets very top heavy with the files inside.

Love this piece it looks great and functional. Very pleased.

Cheap. Really cheap. Fell over. It’s a falling risk.

This is the first item that I have bought from Wayfair that I was so disappointed about it. Every time I thought I had it put together it can apart every time from the cabinet to drawers. I finally had to use some glue to help hold it together. I just hope it holds up with all my files in it. Although it’s a pretty file cabinet, I would not recommend this item.
